We had quite the experience selling our home none of which was due to Julie. She was available to us always. We were frazzled because we were not sure if we could get thru settlement when they started closing up businesses. First the auctioneer couldn’t pick up the furniture and then the title company closed the day before we were scheduled to sign the papers. Not to worry. The mover was still coming. All we wanted to do was get to our new home 1100 miles away. Should we move? Could we even move? Julie was awesome holding our hands. She talked us off a ledge several times. Despite all of the stress everything went off as planned and settlement happened a few day early. We were grateful for everything Julie did for us. She was understanding and compassionate. She knew how much we wanted to leave and she did everything she could to keep the process moving and on track. It was a very trying move, but here we are quarantined in our new home.
